Project overview:

Enlightors collaborated with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) to design and deliver a comprehensive Digital Content Training Program focused on strengthening the communication and media skills of the Directorate for Combating Violence Against Women (DCVAW) staff.

The training was conducted in person and combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical sessions covering photography, videography, content writing, graphic design, and digital promotion. Participants received direct guidance through real-life exercises, enabling them to apply creative storytelling and technical skills to improve their organization's digital communication.

Through this capacity-building initiative, Enlightors helped enhance the participants' ability to create impactful visual and written content, supporting IRC's mission to promote awareness, protection, and advocacy across Iraq.
